Meet Gosia Wiatr

I’m Malgorzata “Gosia” Wiatr, a real estate professional with Coldwell Banker in Oak Brook,
where I’m proud to be part of Darlene Nosal’s powerhouse team. Born in Poland and raised in
the mountain town of Breckenridge, Colorado, I traded ski slopes for suburban streets and am
passionate and excited about helping families find their Chicagoland home.
As a single mom of three spirited girls, I know that home isn’t just a place—it’s the heart of your
everyday life. It’s where homework gets spread out on the kitchen table, sports gear piles up by
the door, and family traditions take root. That perspective shapes the way I approach real estate:
with creativity, honesty, and a whole lot of heart.
My background in sales, management, and product marketing taught me how to juggle details,
deadlines, and dreams—and I bring that same energy to every client I serve. Whether you’re a
first-time buyer, a growing family, or someone ready for a fresh chapter, I’ll walk alongside you
every step of the way.
When I’m not matching people with houses, you’ll find me in the stands at a volleyball game,
ringside at an equestrian event, or clapping loudest at a dance recital. I’m also big on giving
back, volunteering at my daughters’ schools and staying connected in the community.
